Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK

STATE OF WISCONSIN Town of Sumner Jefferson County

Pursuant to §70.45 of Wis. Stats., the assessment roll for the Year 2020 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 10th day of July, 2020 at www.jeffersoncountywi.gov

Additionally, the town assessor shall be available on the 17th day of July, 2020
from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Sumner Town Hall, N1525 Church Street, Busseyville.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuation under §70.47 Wis. Stats.

Town of Sumner Election NOTICE

In accordance with Wisconsin Governor Ever’s Executive Order 72, the Town of Sumner will conduct the April 7, 2020 Election with changes that will approximate compliance with the Department of Health Services
Safer at Home Order 12 of March 24, 2020. This NOTICE is to make you aware of the process for casting your ballot at the Sumner Town
Hall. Given the limited size of the Town Hall please expect that the following process -while quite different from a usual election process- will be strictly enforced by the Town Chairman, the Town Clerk, and Chief Inspectors who have the authority and responsibility for conducting the Election as safely as possible.
